About Philip Gladek
Philip Gladek is a self-taught engineer with a background in business strategy. He is one of the co-founders of Metabolic, a consulting and venture building company that applies systems-thinking to tackle global sustainability challenges. In 2015, Philip founded Spectral (as a spin-off of Metabolic) - a rapidly growing system integration and smart energy technology company based in Amsterdam - where he is currently CEO / CTO and responsible for leading the organization's R&D and technical activities.
Spectral is an Amsterdam-based end-to-end system integrator working to accelerate the sustainable energy transition by developing cutting-edge software and embedded hardware solutions.
